Next, bring your curls to an upright position and evenly distribute a palm full of Heaven In Hair to the mid-lengths and ends of the hair. If the scalp is dehydrated, apply a second palm full of Heaven In Hair to the scalp and massage directly into the dehydrated scalp area.
